Also the shipping cost can be found under the shipping calculator under display photo section. The shipping cost will be based on your postcode in the profile .
You can find the shipping calculation on the product site, simply enter your postcode, and press calculte. The shipping estimation is just a estimation. is not so reliable when your order is urgent.
Last minute buyer should alway be aware that the possible delay in delivery due to courier processing. Our cutoff shipping time is 9am every day. For urgent order after 9am, please contact us on message ,we will give your order a higher piority to be processed at the same day for you.
We offer pickup for large item, but you need to order it on-line first and please PAY ON PIKCUP. Please contact us after placing your order, we will send you our address. If you did not contact us or arrange a time prior to visiting us, we reserve the right to refuse pickup.
You can track the status of your parcel on courier company website. Courier company is in charge of the delivery, we are not responsible if the parcel is delayed.
Buyers have the full resposibility to provide us with correct full personal name/ company name, postal address and contact number. An new cost of postage will apply if the parcel is return back to sender because of the wrong address or unclaim from local post office / local depot .
We will contact customer if there is some confussion in your shipping detail. The confussion is not alway mistake just something unusual . we will wait for 3 working days from customer .we will ship out the order if we heard nothing from you. 
About broken or faulty item, please send photos of the broken/ faulty item to our inbox with your order number, ID , or full name on your order, we will try our best to solve the problem ASAP.

the tracking number, or article ID, you have entered is incorrect
